About

Built on the other side of the repair invoice.

FleetLens was built by someone who spent years on the other side of the repair invoice — running fleet operations, approving outsourced repairs, and watching money leak out: overbilling against rates we'd already negotiated, repairs poured into trucks that should have been retired, and warranty work paid out of pocket.

Fleets that own their trucks and outsource their repairs are blind at the one moment that matters — before the work is approved. Nobody connects the incoming estimate to the truck's full context and defends the decision.

That gap is why FleetLens exists.

How we work

These aren't features. They're who we are.

  • Audit against your own rate card

We weigh every estimate against the rates you negotiated — never national averages.

  • Recommend, with the math shown

We give a recommendation and show our work. It's a case, not a command.

  • Never advise on stale data

If the numbers are out of date, we say so before we say anything else.

  • Honest about the limits

We're plain about what can and can't be verified, so a verdict means something.

We're keeping the masthead light while we're heads-down building. What matters is the method — and the method's on the table.
